Return and Refund Policy for Pendeza Weaving Project

 Thank you for shopping at Pendeza Weaving Project (pendezaweaving.mitreeki.com).

Due to the rarity of our products, Pendeza Weaving Project does not accept returns except in special circumstances.

Pendeza Weaving Project will accept returns on products within 14 days of the client receiving the items ordered. If you would like to return any item in your order, please send an email to info@pendezaweaving.com and we will process your request.

Returned items should be in the same condition as received, including in its original packaging.

Once we have received your order and have completed processing your return, a refund will take approximately 10-15 business days to your original mode of payment.

Items bought on this site can be returned to our physical store (Pendeza Weaving Project, Opposite Wells petrol station, along Kisumu Nairobi Road, Nyamasaria, P. O box 1786, 40100 Kisumu, Kenya)

All sale items and gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will cover the cost of shipping if returns are made from the Kisumu Metropolitan Area. For other regions, the customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping the items back to us including shipping costs, duties, customs or taxes.
